PRODUCT WARRANTY AGREEMENT
The product you have purchased is covered by our warranty service. Our factory warrants that the product will perform at its superior level when used and maintained under normal conditions. The applicable warranty periods are specified as follows:
- Stainless Steel Sinks: Lifetime Warranty
- Granite Composite Sinks: 5-Year Warranty
COVERAGE OF FREE WARRANTY SERVICE
During the warranty period, free warranty service will be provided if the product failure or damage is confirmed to arise from defects in manufacturing processes or materials (under normal use)
EXCLUSIONS FROM FREE WARRANTY SERVICE
This free warranty service does not cover the following expenses:
- Replacement parts
- Transportation fees
- On-site service charges for maintenance personnel
WARRANTY SERVICE INELIGIBILITY
Free warranty service shall be unavailable for damage caused by:
- Improper, negligent, or misuse of the product;
- Transportation incidents or other unforeseen accidents
